No 4G on Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro China Mobile?

So I ordered a Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro on China Mobile and I've had for about 5 months now and I've fixed all the problems it had (there were little to none) like setting up the APN settings. But one thing I've never been able to fix is the 4G.... I've messed with the APN settings countless hours and nothing. My signal bars always have "3G" next to them. I'm not worried about LTE. I just want 4G at least. I've never had anything higher than 3G on this phone. Even with my old LG G3 I got 4G LTE everywhere in the city I live in. Even my house. I've never gotten at least 4G in any of the places that my G3 got it. I do understand that China Mobile operates on different LTE frequencies but shouldn't 4G at least work? Not even LTE, just 4G. Can someone clear the fog for me? All answers are appreciated!!!!! BTW I live in the United States. Not China. I'm on AT&T also.

The only discrepancy I see is Authentication Type should be "None," not "Not Set." Not sure if that matters, but it's worth changing. Also, Data Bearer isn't mentioned on the AT&T website, but Bearer is supposed to be Unspecified (as you already have it), so change Data Bearer to Unspecified as well.

I'm not sure--what comes up when you select that menu?

Real stupid question here, but you are turning the Data Connection switch on, right? I assume you just have it off while you're modifying settings.

Sorry, but I'm pretty much stumped. The last thing I'd suggest is to see what your actual download speeds are when the phone says you're on 3G. If they're 10-15 Mbps, then you're on HSPA+ and not the regular 3G, and perhaps the phone doesn't know that it should be displaying "4G" or "H+".
