    Since the new update on the Galaxy S5 my phone has been acting up to the point it has become frustrating to use. My email will not let me log in when using the correct user name and password. When I go to my internet popups keep saying I have a virus and to download there antiviris. My apps freeze and I have to take out the battery and my phone will restart at random. My Snapchat says something was opened at one time then I open it again and it says something completely different. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall some apps that glitched. I have tried to clear the data under the apps and I have 2 antivirus apps on my phone. I'm not exactly sure what to do at this point but I really do not want to have to reset my phone to factory settings to fix this problem.

    Welcome to AC.

    Try a Cache Partition wipe first, and tell us what that does. If necessary we can go on from there.
