my s6 active twice in two days turned off by itself and has to be rebbot manualy.

Can it be the case I has on which I remove for a few days to see what happens. The samsung tech people tells me to go to save mode but I have a probably over a dozen apps third party which where working perfectly with my old mega 6.3 and with this phone for the last 3 weeks since I bought it until now. Please advice.

Safe Mode was one of my first thoughts....so it looks like, between us, Messrs Samsung and I may be on to something.
