How can I block my phone (S5)..it has just been stolen

My phone was stolen 30mins ago, the battery is flat (5%)..how can I block it

Google "Android Device Manager" and log in remotely - you might still be able to track the phone, it will give you the option to erase the phone too. Also contact your carrier and have them cancel the number and put a block on it.
