I have the LG volt and while taking a screen shot, I got put in safe mode and I can't get it. I tried turning on and off also taking the battery out. Nothing works. Even Sprint troubleshooting customer support couldn't help me. I really don't want to factory resst because I'll lose everything. Please help me. (phone number removed by Moderator)
