Moto X 2nd gen screen wont turn on after drop. How to fix??

I dropped my moto x and it had a case so the screen didnt crack, and there is only a couple of exterior scratches. But now the screen won turn on and when i press the power button some green lines appear on the top half of the screen. Any way to fix this????

I don't think that it would be fixable by the average user, if that's what you're asking.
