Why does my Samsung Galaxy 4 keep restarting?

I was charging it on an LG G2 charger because it charges faster, but then the phone got hot so I decided to charge it on my other charger and then I turned it on and it kept turning off and on. I used my brother's battery and my phone still does the same thing. I noticed it kept getting hot near the camera. Please help me!!!

There could be damage to the battery as a result of using another charger. Try clearing cache from recovery to see if that fixes the problem. If not, I'd then try a battery replacement since that's the cheapest/easiest piece of hardware to replace short of sending the whole phone for repair.
