During the night sometime her really drunk cousin came home and passed out on the couch. Then he peed him self and the couch and my phone. It did not work at all did the hole rice thing It has been about a year since. It will now turn on everything comes on but when I go to open a application it reads unable to open application your device is overheating. Even my settings. The phone is a galaxy s4 sgh-i337

That's an unfortunate situation. The phone has water damage and will need to be replaced. Have you contacted the manufacturer for repair services?

Welcome to Android Central! Someone peed on your phone too? As mentioned by srkmagnus, the damage caused by the urine exposure is likely irreversible. It's probably not worth taking to a repair shop, since the water damage can be widespread.
