cant access setup wizard after factory reset

samsung galaxy s3
i did a factory reset but now when i reboot, straight away the setup wizard informs me it has stopped.... and thats it i cant go any further???? any help would be appreciative.

Are you able to skip the setup and perform another reset? If not, you'll need to do it from recovery by powering off. Then hold home+volume down+power until recovery loads. Use volume down to select factory reset then reboot.
