how do i fix my galaxy s5?

My phone turned off and now it wont turn back on. it sometimes go on and off for about 5 times then it would come on now its completely off. the blue light sometimes com on but then it goes off. I've tried turning it on and off taking out the battery but nothing happens. its been happening for 3 days now the first time it went off was while it was charging the power in the house went out so my phone cut off. could that have something to do with it ?

It's probably the battery. Try getting a replacement and see if that helps. Keep us posted.
