Samsung Ace (GT-S5830) Samsung Kies firmeware issue ?

My sons phone wont update even though Samsung kies is stating there is one I will show pictures below of my procedure but I was wondering is there an official site where I can download the latest firmware on a sd card and install via that way cause it would be a lot easier !

Because everytime I try and do it via the USB cable there always seems to be issues when it starts installing all the downloading does fine tho

You'd have to do it with Odin on a computer - through the USB cable. There aren't any SD-flashable updates that I'm aware of. (If Chainfire ever rewrites Mobile Odin, you could do it that way, but Flashfire needs root.)
