Still no lollipop

So I have this Samsung Galaxy Note 3 sm-n9005 and I still haven't got the lollipop update. Why is this happening? Is it my phone's fault or is the lollipop update still not out yet for my device?

Hi,

My Dad has a note 3, same model as you quoted and he got the update at the weekend, I know as I had to run through all the changes with him lol. Just keep checking, it should be there soon.

Where can I check if my lollipop is coming or when is it coming?

You could check your software update section on the phone, under "about phone" or you could check websites like Sam Mobile who publish firmware update info.

you could also check with your carrier, you never know they might have some info on it.
