i have a Samsung S3 it keep shutting down while I'm browsing i check the battery was swollen so i replace the battery with a new and it's still shutting down

It could still be the battery. Did you replace it with a new one or used? I'm assuming new...but still need to ask.

I'd inquire about a replacement or purchase another. If still the same result then it's likely a hardware problem that may require the device to be replaced.
