Anybody have issues with bluetooth radio where it always shows that you are in call mode?

I just got an LG G4 and love it except for one odd thing. Every time I connect to the bluetooth radio in my Chevy Cruze, the radio shows that I am in the middle of a call and I cannot hang up or switch to any audio modes. The phone does not display anyhing related to a call and I can move around the UI like normal. Disconnecting and reconnecting bluetooth does not make a difference and when I try in my Mazda it does the same thing, so it isn't the radio. Has anyone seen this behavior or knows a fix for it? Thanks!
