S memos are all gone after new sd card was installed

Im truly sick. All my memos are gone after I had a tech put in my new sd card because I needed more room. I went to s memos n it said 0 memos. I have the galaxy 4. It was some very important things on there n my life will be lost without it. I called at.t my carrier they tried everything then they said call samsung they seem to think its gone forever please say it isnt so. Please. Help me

Do you remember your Samsung account log in, if you set one up. You can get help from the Samsung site to log in.
Just thinking they would normally be synced to the Samsung cloud. I wouldn't think they are normally saved to the sd card anyway, but I could be wrong. The entire phone was not factory reset, was it?
Turn off Master Sync and go to Settings - General - Accounts - Samsung - open the account name, and check if S-memo is set to sync. Set it to On, or turn (master) Sync on with the toggle switch. If they don't reload they are probably gone.
What happened to the old SD card?
