I recently bought a Samsung Ultrabook with Windows 8.1.
But I'd like to know if I can install Android operation on my laptop....not for any other reason but for using Android Apps safely?
I know there is Android Emulators and I even thought about installing BlueStacks but felt rather unsafe after reading some negative feedbacks about virus or unintended malwares installed.

    Thank you!!

I've run Bluestacks. It's like walking in quicksand.

Android-x86 has 4.4-r3 (3rd release). You can install it as a native system in another partition (or in a VM) and run Android 4.4 for real (except for the phone hardware).
