Cant send/receive picture mail after lollipop update

[AC Question]

I have a blu studio 6.0HD and since the lollipop update i can no longer send/receive pic mail. I have tried for weeks sending screenshots to blu products and other forums. I have tried changing up my APN, factory reset and even downloading "whatsapp" BUT nothing!!! Can I downgrade back to kit kat?
