How do I move the internal storage to my SD card? I try to downo

I have no storage room left on my phone, so I added an SD card in my phone, when I go to my settings, then storage, the SD card area is all grayed out, I touch it, nothing happens. What can I do to fix this issue?

Use whatever file manager came with the phone (File Manager, My Files, etc.) Find the files in internal storage (sdcard) and copy them. Go to external storage (extSdCard), create a folder, and paste them in the folder. Check them. If the copy was successful, go back to internal storage and delete them.

(Don't try this with apps - pictures, videos, music, etc., are okay.)
