Why USSD code continue running but without a result?

The Android software of my mobile Samsung Galaxy A5 (Model SM A500H) has recently been auto updated to version 5.0.2. Since then I cannot use USSD code such as *566# for balance check. When I dial the code the screen shows "USSD code running". After sometime the display disappears without any result.

Bring the phone to your carrier and ask them why. (It could be a major bug in their modification of the update, it could be a problem with their servers.)

I am also facing the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy A5 after upgrading to Lollipop. Please help me.

My mobIle galaxy S5 automatically upgraded recently, when I try to check my account balance the USSD is continuously running and finally saying that there is problem with the servery or wrong MMI. Could you please help me?
