Hands-free calling isn't hands free! Help!

I set up my Moto X for voice activation while driving, and it works great!

Except: When I make or receive a call hands free, I still have to touch the speaker icon to be able to use it...is there any way to make the phone automatically use the speaker when I'm driving, or using the voice activated mode?
