Can I flash this .md5 file on my Tab 2 via CWM?

I have my .md5 on my desktop and I had already flash CM12 on my tab. Unluckily my USB is not working and I cannot revert back to stock 4.2.2 . What should I do? Do I need to put it to a zip and flash it or what?
