MOTO G3 doesn,t support any app locking software?

[AC Question]

My new MOTO G3 is not supporting any applock software. I am unable to lock any app on the phone or SD card. It says its locked but its not. plzz help me.

Hello.

Try deactivating Motorola Device Policy in Device Administrators in Security Settings.
If you have any downloaded app that installed itself as a Device Administrator that's not good. Android Device Manager, and Motorola Device Policy are there by right. I also have Outlook Device Policy there.

I am only guessing this as a first step.
It may have something to do with Lollipop.
I don't know what app cleaners, task managers etc you may have installed unnecessarily. They can cause problems.

Go to Settings> Security> Apps with usage access. See if you have enabled applock. If not, enable it and relock Apps with app lock. If this does not solve your problem, let me know.

I tried the app setting. i also enabled it. but its of no use. i was still not able to lock the apps using the app locker.

Same problem with my moto g3 too

I have tried many app lock softwares but none is working. It's really pathetic.

Hi,

I also faced same problem in moto x play. My problem was App Lock and CM lock doesnt appear in the Security-->Apps with usage access.

Please try Smart Lock app. It worked for me.
