Why can I send texts but not recieve them?

Ok so I have an Xperia Z1s on T-Mobile. It worked fine, but then one night I just couldn't receive texts. I can send texts, get calls, and do everything else fine. I just can't receive texts. I have tried restarting, checking the SMSC number, turning on and off certain radios and features, and even factory resetting. All with no luck. I really don't want to take it up to T-Mobile, because it's just inconvenient. Anything??
