Why does my note 4 only display emergency calls even with full bars in the top right?

So the other day I reset my phone to factory settings and now it won't connect to my service provider at all which is t-moible. I tried inserting the same sim card into other phones and it works just fine! It connects to wi-fi fine, but not to make calls or use 4g lte data.

Can someone lend a hand please?
