When using either wifi or my mobile data with my Samsung S4, the internet doesn't work. I mostly use my mobile data and I also share it with my other phones and laptop and I can connect to the internet on those devices. The message I get is "unable to connect to the proxy server" I haven't connected to a wifi in a long time but the problem persists.
