AC Question

Okay so I'm new to the android family and I noticed that there are two music apps.
There's Music and then there's Play Music.
I was curious about which one music files would download automatically to when I bought music and if it doesn't go to the one I want if it is possible to switch them to the other loading app.

Thank you in advanced, sorry that this looks like a repeat question but I just can't seem to find every answer to the question.

Hi and welcome to AC :)

1 - Music app - this is the app that comes preloaded on any phone, so any music you have on your phone will play through this.
2 - Play Music - this is Google's Music app, this is where you can stream music for a standard fee per month (like Apple Music) you can also download music from the Play Music app if you buy it.

If you buy music and download it, the music will be available on both 'Music' apps. If you connect your phone to a PC and transfer music over, it'll be visible in the "Music" app

Hope this helps :)
