How do i know if my phone is being hacked?

My phone gets really hot almost all the time. My phone screen shots or takes pictures anytime it wants. I go to gallery after to see if the screen shot or picture is there but its not. I think someone is using my phones camera. I dont know what to do

That sounds very weird. You could try booting your phone into safe mode and see if the same behaviour persists. This will enable just the apps that came with your phone out of the box. Just in case be prepared for a factory reset, backup anything you don't want to lose. This will delete any possible hack in your phone.
