The Headphone Jack on my LG Tribute is messed up, how can I fix it?

The Headphone Jack on my LG Tribute is messed up.

I've tried different sets of headphones on this phone & they all have issues. The headphones work fine on other devices. In order for me to hear audio through the headphones, I must turn the headphone plug to a certain position. Any sudden movements & I lose the audio on the left earbud. I've already tried cleaning it but to no avail.
