Is there anything I can do to take a Razr XT910 out of a boot lock cycle?

AC Question

Motorola XT910 shut down due to low battery. I recharged it and then turned it on as I would normally do. It seems to be on a boot log cycle. I have tried clearing the cache and resetting to factory settings but nothing seems to bring it out of the cycle. It is a Rogers Motorola Razr.
