What does "Your root hung at commands:" mean and how do I fix it? (Error Codes listed)

I am trying to figure out how to modify/patch Fallout Shelter for the Unlimited Lunchboxes and I got this error code when trying to use the "Support patch for InApp and LVL emulation"

I'm using the 5.8.6 Lucky Patcher that I am fairly sure is a legitimate version and my phone IS rooted, but I am unsure if that's all I needed.


I am unfamiliar with how this is supposed to be listed so I'm just going to write it as neatly as I can and EXACTLY how it's spelled on the screen. if there is a problem with the format I apologize, I'm a computer Hardware guy, not a Software guy, thanks in advance for any help.
