I get the below error on my lg l70 D325

last month I root my lg l70 D325 using kingroot. I don't like that app and I uninstall that and reset my phone. After make a factory reset I add my email account I get the below error. "can't establish a reliable connection to the server. This could be a temporary problem or your android device may not provisioned for data seservices. I it's continues call customer care". Please help me how to rectify this error.
