Part of touchscreen not working Galaxy S5

I changed my whole screen last week and everythings been working fine except the screen looked like it was raising as the adhesive wasnt strong enough, so this morning i used the heat gun to take the screen off to add more glue now the bottom third of the screen will not pick up any touch so i cannot unlock my phone to use it. Any ideas what it may be?
