    Hi. my husband's Samsung S6 keeps saying 'line busy' when receiving calls yet he's not on a call. He can call out though.
    Is it a setting thing even though we've tried looking? Thanks if you have the answer.

    Hello,
    Have you checked to see if "Call rejection" is set up to reject all calls?

    Go to... Settings > Applications > Call > Call rejection > Auto reject mode... see if All incoming calls is selected. If it is, select either Off, or Auto reject numbers if you have some numbers on your Auto reject list.


    Note... I'm on Kitkat on a Note 4. Hopefully the menus are the same or similar on your S6 which is on Lollipop.
