My apps don't connect.

Also phone hets up and battery drains when trying. I tried rebooting, and removing and reinstalling the battery.

It may be that the phone is struggling to maintain a wi-fi/mobile data signal.....how good are they at the time/place the problem occurs ? Can you check your battery stats to see what is happening ?
