Why is part of my S6 Edge screen unresponsive to touch?

So I have read some of the problems that other people are posting about the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge and I see that I am not completely alone. However, only part of my screen becomes unresponsive from time to time. It can last for a few days at a time. It is the area towards the middle of the phone. For example, when I am sending a text, after typing the message, I have to exit the keyboard by pressing the back arrow so that the send button is now on the bottom of the screen and I can send the message. I cant play certain games while the screen is like this. And scrolling through apps such as Instagram are the worst when the phone is like this. I'm begging for a solution to this because other than this one issue, I love this phone. Please help!
