Is there a way to repair the water damaged lights on my droid turbo?

Water spilled all over my droid turbo and I imidiately toweled it off as best as I could. My phone continued to work perfectly normal. However, a few days later when I attempted to use the flash on my phone, my lights wouldn't work. After days of attempting to use it I have given up hope. How do I repair this type of damage? Will whoever looks at it know it has water damage? And is this even something I can get fixed or do i have to get a new phone all together? All of the other features such as texting and calling and sound are still fully functional.
