How to NOT use SD Card

So on my next phone, I was thinking as an experiment, I want to keep my freshly formatted SD card completely unused except for music, photos, videos. Is there a way to force this to happen? I know my SD card currently has dozens of folders and files created by Android and various apps. I'd imagine they're probably slowing things down at least a little. Is there a best way to manage this?

Thanks

Can't be done. Even if you delete all the Android folders/files or what the various apps put on it, they'll just be recreated the next time the card is mounted. It's just the way Android is.

I seriously doubt your mind or eyes can discern this.

Lame. But oh well. I guess we'll find out when I get the Moto X Pure if it really was TouchWiz then that's been slowing down my phone and not other things like my SD card and specific apps.
