How can I recover items from trash , such as photos in Gallery & My Files Folder ?

Welcome to Android Central! Android doesn't have a Recycle Bin like Windows. If you delete something, it's gone. You could try some file recovery software, but that usually works best for microSD cards, not internal storage: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...-s/500142-guide-recovering-deleted-files.html.

The exception is if you delete something in the Google Photos app. Open Photos, swipe in from the left, scroll down, and select Trash.
