game apps won`t install

[AC Question]

When I enter the Google play store & click on a game app to download,it does download but when its installing it then stops& a pop up message on screen says... Unknown error code during application installation "-24" What should I do to fix the problem

Open the Application manager. Go to Google Play Store. Clear the cache (you'll have to scroll down to see the button). Go to Google Play Services and do the same thing.

If that doesn't fix it, delete your Google account in the phone's accounts (NOT your gmail account in the email accounts) and add it again.
