Is my tablet lagging or what?

I've had my Galaxy Tab 3 lite for 8 months now and since i got it theres this problem, that if i send a comment or text to someone, the text says that i sent it 59 minutes ago, but actually i sent it moments ago. What do i do????

First, try a Cache Partition wipe.
