Contact sync incomplete

I have a Droid Turbo Ballistic that synced all 1600 contacts to my Toyota using Entune until I upgraded to lollipop. Since the upgrade it stops at 608 and indicates complete. I use Touchdown as my exchange email program. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Open your Contacts app, tap Menu>Contacts to Display, and choose Customize instead of All. Now choose the groups of contacts you want to display in the car. I found that this worked for my Nexus 5 on Lollipop when connecting to a 2008 BMW.

I changed to custom as recommend with no affect. As a point of more info my business partner has same phone, same vehicle, same problem since the last Verizon updates. There are two updates within a week or so and not sure which one caused the issue. I also, in attempt to resolve, updated the Toyota Entune app on my radio and phone.

Sounds like it may be a Verizon issue, then. Contact Verizon and let them know about this problem. Not sure if or how quickly they'll actually act on it, though.:-\
