Galaxy Note 3 would not charge after using a new Royal battery charger.

This happened just right after two consecutive charges using a brand new Royal Power Blast 1000mAh charger. My Note 3 now would not start charging upon connection to Samsung original USB cord and wall charger, unless I turn off the unit then plug in the charging cord and turn the unit back on again. Does any one know why this happened and how to fix the problem? Many thanks!

By the way, I've just returned the damn Royal battery charger pack!
