Is this file a virus?

I will try to include a picture if I can. It's called **Removed by moderator** and it was a pop up and I think it is a tracker. How do I remove it?

I deleted references to the APK file so that other users don't go searching for it and accidentally or intentionally install it. I would suggest a factory reset - be sure to backup and sync your accounts before hand. Be sure to also watch what you download and install, and be careful as to not click on advertisements which look like updates claiming to clear space and conserve battery.
