[GALAXY NOTE 4] Why are there red, blue, and green lines in my camera app?

My pictures seem to have red/purple and green lines when I use the camera in low light. My settings are all auto, and other camera apps don't show these lines when I take pictures.

I don't think it's a hardware problem and I don't really know what to do??

Me too welp! Everytime i put on the charger it shows it and also when my batter is more than 30 % so maybe its a voltage problem? Idk help. I tried flashing the stock rom. Nothing

Has anyone here found the solution to this problem? I have the same issue and been looking around for solutions but nothing so far.
