I'm a student at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte and recently started a project of location of Android devices. That is, if an Android device X with the app, you can find other Android devices with the same app within short distance. But the problem is that I don't know where to start. I've looked at everything, but nothing mentions some code to find other devices. Where do I start?
