How can I set a specific notification for an email received from a contact?

I have a person I regularly receive emails from in my gmail account. I would like to set up a specific notification (sound, etc) for any new messages received from that person. Can this be done? If so, how? I have a Verizon Samsung GS6 running 5.1.1

The only way I know of to do this is to use Maildroid. It's the only email client I've ever seen that can set individual notification sounds to specific email contacts.

You can use IFTTT to trigger an event when gmail receives from a specific address, then play a specific song. There many other possibilities too.
