Failed to enable remote connection, how can I enable it?

Failed to enable remote connection.

Hi I have the Samsung gear s and it was working fine with my Samsung s6.
I recently bought the note 5 SM-N9200. The first difference I noticed id that the gear manager App is now pre installed and can not be uninstalled.

The app updated and when connected to the Gear s uploaded an update ( software version R750XXU2BOG2)

Everything work fine until I try to remote connect , when I am out of Bluetooth range as soon as the cellular kicks in I get an error message " Failed to connect to remote server" and tells me to connect via Bluetooth.

Anyone any ideas ?? I have factory reset both the phone and the watch but made no difference ?

Any help would be appreciated

Hey bud, make sure you are signed into your samsung account. If you are not then when your gear s is disconnected from your mobile device it will not establish a connection.
