My videos keep playing without audio and it lags and skips backwards then plays to maybe 2 seconds after as far as I got last time and I can't seem to fix it. It doesn't matter if its the YouTube app or anything it also won't let me hear phone calls

Sounds like a faulty handset, especially if you can't hear phone calls or audio from the phone - you should return the phone and get a new one or pay for it to be replaced.

As for the random skipping on the video playback, this could be down to the YouTube app - is your signal good? sometimes videos need to buffer in order for them to have a solid play back.
