Sony Xperia shutting offf

If I have reset my Sony Xperia ZL and it still turns off whenever it feels like it (when battery is at 82%), is there anything else I can try before taking it in for service?
The last time it shut off, I just opened Album.

If you see a steep dropoff in the battery level, the battery probably has a dendrite, which means it has to be replaced. http://forums.androidcentral.com/ambassador-guides-tips-how-s/479461-guide-my-battery-shot.html. If the battery level looks stable, then it may be a problem with the Power button, or a more serious problem with the motherboard. In any of these cases, you'd need a technician to inspect and repair the tablet.
