Is there any way to get help from Google?

The last updates on my cell phones...rendered them both non working. My year old LG G3 running 5.0.1 even the touch screen stopped functioning and after 2 levels of tech support...they simply replaced that phone. My old Razr Maxx I finally got to to be able to do a factory reset...which cleared the WHOLE **** phone...but at least could get it working again. All was fine until the last round of Google and Google+ app updates.
Now add there is NO where I could find to get actual help FROM Google. What gives?

Since your carrier sent the updates, it's their liability. Contact them.
